Tasks

A system should provide control automation with the following business processes of the Customer:

• ensuring industrial security;
• labor protection;
• accounting, training and examinations of personnel.

Within the listed business processes the following main objectives should be solved:

Tasks of ensuring industrial security:

• holding actions for providing PB (planning, accounting, monitoring and control, efficiency evaluation);
• accounting and investigation of incidents and violations;
• object management and devices;
• production supervision and audits;
• database maintenance of dangerous substances and materials.

Tasks of labor protection:

• holding actions for providing OT (planning, accounting, control, efficiency evaluation);
• accounting and investigation of accidents;
• accounting and control of issue of individual protection equipment
• accounting and control of passing of medical examinations
• production supervision and audits;
• accounting of microinjuries.

Tasks of accounting, training, personnel examination:

• accounting of personnel and its movement;
• planning and accounting of certifications and instructing;
• planning and accounting of training;
• accounting of violators;
• providing reference information.

Implementation

The first stage

Delivery of the existing ready software of ISU "PB and OT".

The second stage

Integratsiyas 1C.

The third stage

• Key user training of a System.
• Delivery of a System in operation.

The fourth stage

Replication of a System on 4 plants: Refinery, GHZ, Monomer and chemical fertilizers plant.

Additional developments

To the translation of the software of AS "PB and OT" on the next software version the Information management system "Industrial security and Labor protection" with increase in functionality.
