FTsS began to publish the granted technical certificates in open access

2020: Publication in open access of the granted technical certificates

On July 3, 2020 company FAU "FTsS" reported that it begins to publish the granted technical certificates in open access, including the conclusions to them, creating an environment for obtaining information on the materials and technologies implemented in the industry.

As it was reported, information is placed in the state register of technical certificates of automated information system of technical regulation and conformity assessment in construction (AIS THOCC). Works on formation, filling and administration of an information system are also executed by FAU "FTsS".

The decision on the publication of the granted technical certificates and the conclusions to them, was accepted to provide free access to information on application of products at stages of construction and operation of buildings and constructions in the Russian Federation. According to Andrey Basov, for July, 2020 active works on filling of the register of technical certificates are carried out. 80 names of technical certificates, including the conclusions, are already placed in the register. Documents are published with the consent of the enterprises and the organizations which received such technical certificates.

It is possible to study the register of the AIS THOCC on the website of FTsS. At document retrieval the following filters are provided:

• name of products;
• purpose of products;
• manufacturer/developer of products;
• CU number;
• date of issue of the CU it (is issued);
• date of cancellation of the CU (it is valid to).

The technical certificate – the document permitting application of products in construction. These are the construction systems, requirements to which in whole or in part are absent in the existing documents on standardization. For July, 2020 issue of technical certificates is performed by the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation. FAU "FTsS" informs on the granted technical certificates.
