For further development of the company, improvement of client experience and mastering of the new directions in Unimatika created a uniform corporate information system. One of crucial elements of which was ELMA. Using the platform tasks of the organization of accurate interaction between departments of the company, control of terms and ensuring transparency of accomplishment of instructions were solved.
According to the curator of an implementation project from Unimatik company Oleg Fishelev, the main feature of ELMA — complexity of approach to the solution of a problem of project management, works and flows of document flow. ELMA includes the CRM components, project managements, EDMS and the mechanism of development of business processes.
Migration of the saved-up data and integration with the corporate accounting system based on 1C became important success factors of the project, in addition to universality of the platform.
Implementation of ELMA took three months — taking into account testing and start in operation.
