The history of implementations "Galaktika ERP" in Transneft
2017: "Transneft – Western Siberia" will create a corporate system on solutions of Galaktika for 917 million rubles
"Transneft – Western Siberia" is going to create a corporate information system based on solutions of Galaktika Corporation ("CIS Galaktika of the Russian Labour Party"). In the project such products as "Galaktika ERP", "Galaktika EAM" and Galaktika AMM should be used. CIS should become a component of a drawing complex of the corporate integrated information management system of Transneft and its child organizations.
Project cost is estimated at 917 million rubles. The corresponding tender is announced on July 17, 2017.[1]
Subsystems of the financial and economic activity (FEA), management of works and services (URIU), managements of the plants and TsBPO, the object management (OM) will be a part of CIS.
A system should be implemented in management personnel "Transneft – Western Siberia" in Omsk and in branches: Ishim RNU; Omsk RNU; Novosibirsk RNU; Krasnoyarsk RNU; Central base of production service; Omsk base of technological service and complete set equipment.
As expected, a total quantity of users "CIS the Galaktika of the Russian Labour Party" will make 1500 people. At the same time, the possibility of increase in their number till 2500 should be provided. The planned number of the users who are at the same time working in a system - 900 people.
For functioning of the software "Galaktika ERP", "Galaktika EAM", Galaktika of AMM are required DBMS Oracle 12g for r2 and MS SQL Server 2016 and also operating systems Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 or fresher versions. The customer should purchase these solutions separately.
All project works should be performed within 451 working days from signature date of the agreement.
The contractor of the project should be defined in the middle of August.
In March, 2017 Transneft [1] "Certification and the control of technical condition (CTC)" worth 379 million rubles signed the agreement with Galaktika corporation on creation and implementation of a corporate information system. A system is developed based on already implemented ACS Passport which was created earlier by SAP.
The 2000th
In 2001 using the solution "Galaktika ERP" the project of automation of JSC Severnye magistralnye nefteprovody was implemented. Then implementations on Baltnefteprovoda, Chernomortransneft, "Northwest trunk oil pipelines", "The east Siberian trunk oil pipelines" followed.
Implementation at head office of Transneft of the standard project solution (SPS) which then was replicated on "The east Siberian trunk oil pipelines", Sibnefteprovoda, "Northwest trunk oil pipelines" became an important stage of cooperation.
Since 2008 Galaktika carries annually out more than 60 implementations for Transneft.
The 1990th
The management of Transneft in 1995 selected the supplier of IT solutions Galaktika. The head office of Transneft became the first platform for implementation of the integrated Galaktika ERP system. The main business processes were in detail described and systematized, the reference information is normalized. It allowed to automate successfully tax accounting, to integrate "Galaktika ERP" with the operating contract management system, to pass to systematic scaling of jobs and development of functionality information system of Transneft.
The first experience of use of "Galaktika ERP" in head office was considered successful and the management of Transneft made the basic decision to implement a system on affiliated enterprises.
The Galaktika corporation undertook creation of the distributed information system. In 1998 the Galaktika ERP system was unrolled on "Uralo-Sibirsky oil pipelines" in Ufa and in Tomsk Centrsib. Project specialists of Transneft performed with consulting support of Galaktika corporation.
