Integration with a help system of law Guarantor

On February 28, 2019 reported Online of Patent that together with Garant company begin the long-term cooperation directed to creation of the integrated digital platform solutions for management, protection and protection of intellectual property and also to development of such solutions of the digital systems, services, necessary for creation, and infrastructure of data exchange.

Establishment of long-term partner relationship between Garant and Online Patent companies – an important step on the way of further development of an ecosystem of digital legal solutions in Russia. The case of integration of a global information system (a help system of law of GARANT) into the service platform providing to end-2-end automation of services in a certain product vertical is implemented (Online the Patent).

Digital services of the platform for management of intellectual property Online the Patent are already available to users via the web system interface of GARANT. Use of the platform will allow a wide range of users of a help system of law to get access to the data on patents and trademarks updated 24/7, to reduce labor input of accomplishment of standard transactions by 85% during the work with a portfolio of the rights and also to reduce costs for the main duties on 30%.

For example, at conventional process of prolongation of the trademark the lawyer independently maintains a register, traces a renewal term, checks the amount of duty to payment, finds a form of the petition for prolongation, fills it, sends to Rospatent.

After integration it is enough to lawyer to press one button in automatically created register of the intellectual property items belonging to his company, formation and sending all necessary documents to Rospatent are made automatically. Similar automated management "in 1 cliques" is implemented for the most part of standard actions for portfolio management of the patents and trademarks registered in the territory of Russia (regarding functionality – also in the territory of Belarus): preparation, application, maintenance in force, production of the duplicate, etc.

On January 16, 2019 the Online Patent company announced that its product of the same name became the digital platform on management of all intellectual property items (IC): trademarks, computer programs, databases and patents for inventions, useful models and industrial samples.

Attraction of 22 million rubles of investments from Moscow Seed Fund and Starta Ventures

On December 14, 2019 it became known that Moscow Seed Fund and Starta Ventures invested 22 million rubles in the Online Patent project on control automation by intellectual property items. Moscow Seed Fund invested in the company 12 million rubles, Starta Ventures — 10 million rubles.

"Online the patent" will aim the raised funds at the development of a product line in the field of management of an industrial property and further scaling of business. The company is going to expand functionality of the platform and to provide development of new services for international market.

Also in plans — start of modules on the international registration of trademarks and execution of patent requests.

"Online the patent" — the digital platform which automates actions for management of patents and trademarks: prolongation, maintenance in force, making changes, production of the duplicate.

The platform provides the possibility of mass import and the subsequent updating of data on a portfolio of the rights of the company implemented based on integration into the state registers of patent authorities — noted in Moscow Seed Fund.

An opportunity to submit the application to Rospatent directly through a personal account

On August 16, 2018 it became known that Online Patent, the developer of the digital platform for management of intellectual property, announced large-scale updating of service. Application in department, prolongation of registration of the trademark or production of the duplicate of the certificate can be performed directly by the applicant through a personal account of the platform now. Correspondence according to requests and monitoring of the course of examination are also performed completely in the online mode thanks to direct integration into official databases of patent authorities.
