Jet Infosystems protected crucial data of retail network "Sportmaster"

On August 16, 2018 the Jet Infosystems company announced a vedreniye of a complex of data backup of Oracle ZDLRA (Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance) in network of sports shops Sportmaster. According to integrator, the solution reduced the recovery time of data by 16 times and also provided the centralized reservation for a set of information systems of the company. Such approach to data protection minimizes risks of loss of crucial information for business.

Implementation of ZDLRA by forces of experts Jet Infosystems simplified the security circuit of data: earlier for carrying out similar scheduled works the thin setup consistent with business load and accounting of partial decrease in availability of a number of systems was required. According to the results of the project, thanks to Oracle ZDRLA opportunities, rather once to carry out an initsializatsionny backup then the complex automatically fixes and saves the changed data. As the result — the complete virtual copy of databases can be received at any time that significantly reduces time and resource expenditure on all cycle of scheduled works on maintenance. At the same time, unlike the previous scheme, reservation happens without noticeable impact on operability of systems.

For August, 2018 a system is used for reservation of 36 databases, including the Oracle Exadata complex. Reservation of the basis for data of 46TB takes 2.5 hours. The daily volume of the reserved data reaches 60TB.
