2021: Modernization of State Expertise AIS

On March 10, 2021, KSK Technologies announced the completion of a project to update the digital process of conducting a state examination of design documentation in the Tambov Regional State Autonomous Institution "Center for State Examination of Documents in the Field of Urban Planning."

Services for the reception of documents and the conduct of state and non-state examination of design documentation and (or) examination of the results of engineering surveys were among the first to go digital.

In accordance with the changes in the regulatory framework for the state examination in 2020, it was necessary to modernize the State Expertise AIS system to comply with the requirements of the legislation, as well as improve the quality characteristics of the State Expertise AIS functionality.

Within the framework of the project, a set of works was carried out to update the process of conducting an examination and checking the reliability of determining the estimated cost, and the process of conducting expert support was automated. In particular, modules for automating opinion registers and generating reports were finalized, and the personal account of departmental users was updated.

The introduced changes help TOGAU "Center for State Expertise of Documents in the Field of Urban Planning" maintain a digital environment of interaction between employees and project organizations and external experts.
