RZZ SIPSM the Regional center of pricing in construction and the industry of construction materials

The public autonomous institution of the Republic of Crimea "Regional center of pricing in construction and the industry of construction materials" (GAU RK "RZZ SIPSM") is non-profit organization

Autonomous organization is under authority of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Crimea.

For August, 2018 core activity of organization: implementation of uniform price policy in the field of investment and construction activity; preparation of normative and legal and individual legal acts concerning pricing and estimate regulation in construction and the industry of the construction materials necessary for formation of federal normative and methodical and information base of pricing in the Republic of Crimea; development of regional indexes of a change in value of construction, construction, specialized, repair and construction, setup and other works; development of the indexes of a change in value applied to calculations for the performed works financed with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget and also to provide their bringing to users; development of the enlarged indicators necessary for formation of the investor estimates and allowing to estimate quickly the cost of the construction financed with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget.
