Will select over 13 billion rubles for creation of the centers of the oncological help in Sverdlovsk region

In Sverdlovsk region it is going to create the centers of the out-patient oncological help based on 11 intermunicipal hospitals of the region. On August 16, 2018 the Minister of Health of Sverdlovsk region Andrey Tsvetkov at a meeting of the regional government reported about it.
According to the official, the passport of the "Fight against Oncological Diseases in Sverdlovsk Region" project underwent preliminary coordination with the Russian Ministry of Health. Financing of the project at the same time so far is specified. It is supposed that 8.5 billion rubles will be selected for creation of the centers of the oncological help from means of compulsory health insurance within seven years, from the budget of the region — 2.7 billion rubles, from the federal budget — not less than 2 billion rubles, Andrey Tsvetkov specified.
In the area rather intense situation with death rate from new growths, the minister told. So, at the end of 2017 a death rate indicator — 224.7 on 100 thousand population. Nearly 18.5 thousand new cases of malignant new growths are registered. At the same time in 30 municipalities of the region at the end of 2017 growth of death rate from malignancies, and in 23 municipal entities — its "considerable decrease" is recorded. Project implementation is designed to lower an indicator of one-year lethality to 20% that will allow to save more than 800 lives a year.
Death rate will decrease to 208.9 on 100 thousand population, it is 1.2 thousand saved lives. About 58% a share of patients who are identified at the first and second stages should increase, it is even more than 1.3 thousand lives. The five-year survival of cancer patients should be increased up to 58%. Also at increase in detectability of oncological diseases to 440.5 on 100 thousand not less than 1 thousand lives should be saved. In general it will allow to save about 10-12 thousand lives annually — Andrey Tsvetkov is sure.[1] |
