ChTPZ implemented a project management information system

On August 21, 2018 the Advanta Consulting company announced implementation of a cloud project management system of Advant in ChTPZ company.

Purposes and project tasks

Increase in controllability a project portfolio due to automation of instructions, formation of the authentic reporting and gain of control at all stages of project implementation became a main goal of the project.

Tasks:

• Obtain up-to-date information about the status of instructions of the management.
• Involve in a guidance loop orders of all employees from the first person.
• Obtain summary information and the reporting under projects in the set format.

Project Results

Results:

• Based on the Advanta platform the solution on monitoring of projects is created.
• The uniform base is created, the archive of completed projects is conducted.
• The register of projects under requirements of the regulating documentation is created.
• The set of the reporting under a project portfolio is created. Operational preparation of the reporting under the project status for top management and Project committee is conducted.
• The possibility of obtaining the analytical information necessary for assessment of activity of structural divisions and specific employees is implemented.
• 3 dashbord on project instructions, the register and project budgets are prepared.

For August, 2018 the unified register of projects is created, process of their planning and tracking of the fact of implementation is configured, thanks to a system employees can obtain up-to-date information about the status of instructions of the management, it was succeeded to reduce time for drawing up reports, the uniform base of projects and the communication portal for all participants of project activity is created". For August, 2018 in a system 107 instructions, 140 projects on monitoring, 2200 tasks in active projects, 77 control points are traced. In a system 60 users work.
