2016: System implementation of control of projects
As it became known, in May, 2016 the Generium company began to use the Advanta platform for project management of development of medicines
Project Objective
Ensuring development of medicines became a project objective in time.
Tasks
- Increase efficiency of decision making on projects due to improvement of planning and control, increase in efficiency of communications
- Integrate project participants in a unified environment of communications
- Reduce labor input of collecting of up-to-date information on projects for reporting
- Provide a planning tool to project managers
- Provide to the management a relevant picture according to project statuses
Project Results
- The number of the held meetings decreased by 15%
- The register of projects with management on control points is created
- The percent of the performed and not performed instructions in the summary report allowed the management to make operational administrative decisions on elimination of problems and delays with accomplishment of the delivered instructions
- Qualitative level of project communications increased
- In a system control of project risks with formation of actions for prevention and reaction, replenishment of the knowledge base is exercised
- Budget management of the project is exercised using planned and actual targets
- Support of Scientific and technical council, meetings with the CEO and the operational meetings is implemented
- Monitoring of project implementation using different forms of data collection is configured

The essential research component is characteristic of projects in this industry. It causes difficulties of planning and a high probability of adjustment of terms and project budgets. These features significantly raise the quality requirement and efficiency of planning, to cost management, risks and changes. Thanks to interest and support of the management these areas of project management are successfully implemented in ASUP MBTS "Generium" and allowed the company to increase efficiency of the primary activity.
