2017: System implementation of management of development of retail network

In 2017 years the Advanta Consulting company implemented in retail chain stores Intersection (Reteil Group X5) a management system for development of retail network.

Project Goals and Objectives

Project objective - ensuring preserving of a market share in the highly competitive environment due to timely accomplishment of development plans for retail chain stores.

Project Tasks:

• lower to 5% a share of the projects which came to the end with violation of planned dates, due to increase in accuracy of planning and forecasting of opening of the new and reconstructed shops.
• reduce twice a response time by the arising problems on projects due to creation of a convenient system of escalation of problems.
• reduce terms of preparation of the reporting to 1 day.
• create uniform space of project communications.

• the single system of project management of opening and reconstruction of shops using a control technique by projects on control points is created.
• the unified standard plan for projects of opening and reconstruction of shops is created.
• the schedule is configured and automatic collecting of the fact on project implementation is started.
• 10 control reports of the different detail level are created.
• dynamics of accomplishment of the plan of opening of shops is visualized using dashbord for the management.
• a common information space for all project participants is created.

"Within an implementation project for the CU Intersection plans of projects were standardized, the set of the reporting of condition monitoring of projects is configured, the staff of head office and remote branches of the company are trained. For October, 2017 in a system more than 500 projects, 20 control points in each project, 200 tasks in each project are traced, 150 users work.
