Pnevmostroymashina (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

At the beginning of 2011 in connection with inclusion of the separate legal entity in the structure of JSC Pnevmostroymashina, at the enterprise there was a need of automation of sales department based on the unified information system. The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management software product was at that time used.

Project

Works on implementing solution were performed by specialists of RITs company.

Within the project of automation of sales department works are performed:

• inspection of business management processes;
• installation of the software product in workplaces;
• data transfer from the 1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7 configuration;
• setup of a system;
• consultations on the questions arising during studying of a product.

In the course of the project of automation a number of reports for obtaining the necessary analytical reporting was finished: occurring every ten days and quarterly formation of sales plans, production schedules, on shipment of finished goods. The mechanism of reservation of finished goods in warehouses is automated. The feature for movement of reserves between orders of buyers and removal from reserves is added.

Result

System implementation for sales department gave to the enterprise following features:

• Operating control of receivables;
• Increase in employee performance of sales department;
• Observance by accountant officers of requirements of the legislation and corporate standards;
• Obtaining operational information by the management about the shipped products, debt on buyers, settlement with buyers.

Since July, 2011 the software product works in the mode of production operation.

At the moment in the unified information system 30 users work. The Following Functions Were Automated:

• purchase management;
• accounting of inventory items;
• sales management;
• production accounting;
• cost accounting;
• management of settlement;
• accounting and tax accounting;
• personnel records.

Within the project integration with the production system existing at the enterprise is carried out. At the moment there is a possibility of automatic loading in "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" of the following data: orders of suppliers, revenues to warehouses, movements between central and shop warehouses, issue of materials and component parts in workshops, release of semi-finished products and finished goods and distribution of materials to production.
