Leader Invest transfers quality control of objects to a software package of Stroycontrol

On August 23, 2018 it became known that the Leader Invest company transferred quality control of contract works to a software package of Stroycontrol. The IT platform from "Mobile Solutions for Construction" company automated work with notes to work of contractors, having integrated all participants of process in a common information space. Within three months the program was tested on building sites of 2 objects of a premium class and 2 objects of a class comfort +. Access to the program was got not only by the staff of Leader Invest occupied in construction but also their colleagues from the contract organizations.

Automation of process of a design of violations accelerated reverse reaction and minimized "loss of errors". Technical supervision fixed all shortcomings, being on the platform, and right there in real time sent them to the contractor in the form of the created instructions. In certain cases by the time of return of the employee of technical supervision in office comments were already resolved. Time for preparation of the instruction and obtaining the note by the contractor was on average reduced from 1-2 days to 10-15 minutes.

Analytical reports which the program allows to create proved unconditional efficiency of such approach, 100% of contractors gave positive reviews. The decision until the end of 2018 to transfer work of technical supervision to a software package of Stroycontrol on all 20 objects of the company under construction is as a result made.
