On August 23, 2018 the Haulmont company announced implementation of TEZIS in Render company.

According to representatives of the company, first of all, using EDMS the management Render was going to automate problem definition to departments and specific employees. Also the company needed to improve work planning on projects and to arrange maintaining documentation. At the same time it was important that the product was Russian.

Specialists Haulmont held the presentation where they showed systems capabilities at office "Render". The working group from the customer noted functionality and available cost of the solution and also its cross-platform allowing to work on computers with any technical characteristics and the software.

As it was reported, the Render company studied different products and as a result selected the Standard editorial office EDMS THESIS. It allows to automate document flow, problem definition and control of their accomplishment. A system helps to obtain timely information on accomplishment of instructions and the movement of documents and also reminds users of risks of failure to meet time constraints. The available configured reports in the Standard editorial office EDMS THESIS provide analytical information on work of the organization. Also a system allows to organize convenient storage and search by the document. Everything together these functions help users of EDMS to see the state of affairs in the company, to improve planning and quality of management decisions.

IT specialists Render independently set EDMS THESIS. The command Haulmont advised at setup of a system and during trial operation. In the future the customer considers a scaling option of EDMS and automation with its help of unique business processes, for example, of work of bureau of admissions.
