On August 22, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company announced that in multi-profile clinic No. 40 of the city of Minsk the electronic queue of NeuroniQ is set. In Belarus the electronic services allowing to register in appointment on the Internet widely are implemented. These technologies simplify obtaining the coupon and provide a possibility of effective planning of time of visit of medical institution.

At the same time in each clinic there is a number of services on which on acceptance patients are still forced to expect in a queue. The impossibility of prerecording is caused by a number of features of service in these directions. One of such features is the suddenness of the arising problem - it is also obtaining the reference information, the solution of the current questions, execution of sick leave notes, recipes and statements in registry and also urgent acceptance of patients with different injuries in specialized department. Also here taking of capillary blood on the analysis in communication by short duration of acceptance of each patient and consequently, impossibility of drawing up and observance of the diagram of service belongs. One more restriction for prerecording is the impossibility of a repeated execution of coupons on the same service therefore patients are also forced to come to course procedures or regular bandagings without record.

To organize queue in departments and registry and to save patients from an additional stress, it is reasonable to install e-queue systems on the described services.

Implementation of management systems for queue of NEURONIQ is directed to increase in efficiency of treatment of patients due to decrease in negative impact of the stressful factor arising in waiting time in unorganized queue because of fear to lose the place and the conflicts with other visitors.

The NEURONIQ systems are installed in registry of the 40th clinical clinic, departments of surgery and traumatology, a procedural office and an office of blood sampling. In each zone of waiting the information booth for registration of the visitor in queue and printing of the coupon on acceptance, an information display for display of the movement of queue and also LED boards over an input in each office is located. The call of the patient is performed using the specialized software installed on computers of specialists, and in a procedural office and in laboratory on blood donation as these jobs are not equipped with computers, using hardware panels.

As noted integrator, construction of hardware panels provides a call with simple clicking of the button, and ease, durability and high resistance to chemical influences of the body do of organic glass possible use of NEURONIQ panels as a part of an electronic queue in laboratory.
