On August 24, 2018 it became known that in Moscow LDC Rozmarin of Tashire Group there was a 'smart' section connected to the MySmartFlat platform of Yunikorn company. The product integrates the 'smart' apartment, 'smart' housing and public utilities and local business in a uniform ecosystem.
In plans of Tashire Group further cooperation with Yunikorn on implementation of additional services for residents.
The market develops, 'smart' apartments become more and more popular. Being guided by attraction of demand from clients, we decided to connect trial sixth section to the MySmartFlat system and to look how buyers will react. Even according to the results of an advertizing campaign it was clear that demand is, people were actively interested. The complex is already populated for 60%, and we are going to continue to cooperate with Yunikorn – at the request of residents we will automate communication with management company, management of barriers, to set a domofoniya, etc. Perhaps, we will connect also other complexes to the platform.
