On August 24, 2018, SearchInform announced that the SOUTH Scientific and Production Association (NPO South LLC) acquired the ProfileCenter module. Our specialists were trained in profiling in the company "TechInform" and saw that this is an effective tool for competently predicting possible incidents of violation of information security due to the human factor, as well as a tool for managing human resources. The module for automated profiling of ProfileCenter will allow us to implement personnel policy more effectively.

The company reports that with the help of the module, ProfileCenter want to evaluate the psychotype of employees considered by management for promotion, to identify the most ambitious, as well as informal leaders. In addition, it will help cut off those candidates who are able to sharply negatively respond to the promotion of other candidates and destructive influence the atmosphere in the team.

Given the psychotypes of employees, management will be able to effectively create teams for long trips. With profiling, the company seeks to track employees with pronounced criminal tendencies for closer attention to them by the security service. And finally, profiling will help identify those who, on the contrary, deserve trust and the use of material support measures that are practiced in SOUTH.

We have developed ProfileCenter to facilitate the daily work of security professionals, to help them prevent problems due to the fault of the human factor, and not to combat the consequences. In the three months following the launch of the product, we generated more than 200 license keys for companies that decided to test profiling as part of the DLP system.
