Sladonezh 1

In Sladonezh company the implementing solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", covered key business production processes, purchases, sales, planning, budgeting, accounting, tax and management accounting is complete. Project works were performed by Projects and Support company (Omsk). The Sladonezh company is engaged in production of confectionery.

At the beginning of 2007 the company management made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system of automation. Earlier at the enterprise systems which are not connected among themselves were used that complicated comparison and information analysis about activity of the company.

The main functional units had to be implemented no later than January 1, 2008 therefore the decision on step-by-step start of separate modules was made.

By the beginning of January, 2008 the following functionality was brought into operation: budgeting, bank and cash desk, operational accounting, shipment of finished goods, accounting, management accounting, personnel records and payroll.

During 2008 planning, preparation of the management reporting, tax accounting, formation of managerial balance was automated.

In a project deliverable the number of at the same time working users in the ERP system was 140 people.
