2018: The interface of tasks is optimized, the feature for their export and import is added

On August 23, 2018 the RGM Technology company provided the next updating of the CRM system of INTRUM which includes several useful functions and also improves modules already familiar to users.

According to the company, in the version it became more convenient to work with several open windows at once. They can be moved on the screen and to turn in a minipanel. It is displayed in the lower part of the screen and is available upon transition according to sections of the CRM system. For fast viewing minimized windows guide the cursor at the necessary icon on a panel enough and selected it will be displayed in a transparent type.

The functionality of creation of reports allows to keep track of values of any metrics which are necessary for performance monitoring of a company performance

Within updating the interface of tasks was also improved, the possibility of their export and import appeared. Developers added one more option - creation of reports on tasks: it is only enough to select a report type (the chart Ganta or quantitative) and to set parameters (participants, the status, time). Also in tasks creation function the check sheet, irreplaceable in case of need descriptions of a task for the employee on points was updated. And by search in tasks it is possible to expose the filter on their participants now.

Also it was reported that also editing fields became simpler: now, to add or change field value, for example, in an object card, it is already optional to open a card, it is possible to make it directly in the general list.

Updating affected also the calendar of a system, the window of reminders became more informative and also search in elements and sections of INTRUM CRM was updated.[1]
