On August 31, 2018 it became known that the Vozrozhdeniye Bank performed migration of an ITSM system on the solution bpm'online service. The IT Expert company, the partner Terrasoft, implemented the project of migration in a short space of time — one and a half months.
For implementation of an ITSM system by Vozrozhdeniye bank the open competition as a result of which the bpm'online platform — the software of the domestic developer Terrasoft is selected was held. Ease and speed of system implementation, compliance to requirements of bank to the level of information security and existence of ready business processes became basic reasons of the choice for benefit of bpm’online. The IT Expert company acted as integrator.
Among the carried-out project tasks — seamlessness of migration from the current ITSM system. The management system for IT services created under tasks of bank has deeply customized interface according to corporate style. The ITSM solution bpm'online is easily scaled both for increase in number of users, and for expansion of a range of solvable tasks and connection of other services of bank. Also within the project integration with a management system for technical failures and setup of the escalation scheme at incorrect or untimely processing of addresses was executed.
In a project deliverable the Vozrozhdeniye bank in a short time received a single system for management of basic processes of ITIL: incident management, service requests, directory of services and layer management of services.
When carrying out tender the client was faced by the choice among a number of systems. And we are glad that the decision was made for benefit of a domestic product of bpm'online service. According to the results of the project it would be desirable to note expert and kliyentoriyentirovanny approach of the companies of Terrasoft and IT Expert. First, in the first day of operation of a system a large number of addresses from users, and all without complaints was processed. Secondly, pleasantly pleased the amount of our investments into the project. We received more wide functionality, than planned initially. Interest of other services of bank which managed to estimate convenience, the corporate interface created on ours a brand beech, integration into all known messengers and many other things became one of non-material results of the project.
