2018: Premiere of LUNA fofo

On September 3, 2018 the Swedish Foreo brand provided the byyuti-gadget — LUNA fofo with artificial intelligence and sensors from 24-karat gold, capable to analyze a status of skin and to select the individual procedure of leaving.

According to the statement of Foreo, LUNA fofo is the cosmetic gadget having AI and analyzing the level of moisture content of skin for the purpose of individual care. The sensors from gold located on a reverse side of a brush estimate health level terms with a speed of 1000 pulsations per second. Using Bluetooth LUNA fofo transfers all data to special mobile application of FOREO For You to configure the frequency and power of sound pulsations of T-Sonic and also cleaning duration. Mobile application saves data on the device at each use.

The device is capable to determine the age of skin, degree of moisture content and its status on a 100-ball scale. Such approach, according to the developer, provides optimal care for each owner of the gadget which will be improved in process of state change of skin depending on climate, the level of pollution or hydration.

Before start of major version of a product, LUNA fofo left in the beta in the USA in July, 2018. To improve technology of the gadget and to collect as much as possible data, devices were tested by nearly one million American users of The FabFitFun service, reported in FOREO.

Constantly to improve the procedure of cleaning, the solution designer recommends to estimate health of skin using special sensors of the gadget once in two weeks or when changing climate and weather conditions to control process of improvement of a status terms and if necessary to update the individual procedure of cleaning. The main goal of use of the gadget — to receive skin assessment in 100 of 100 points.
