On September 5, 2018 it became known that the Tetra Pak company and Galaktika Group implemented the project on drawing digital Data Matrix of codes on packaging of dairy products directly on production. It means that the consumer will get more quick access to information on origin of a product, will be able to participate in marketing actions, and the producer will receive statistics and to build individual communication with the buyer. Besides, this solution will allow the producer to provide control of product quality in specific packaging.
The technology available thanks to the digital platform developed by Tetra Pak opens channels for communication with buyers, and, as a result, promotes increase in their loyalty. Data Matrix is marked by codes a number of goods items under the Big Mug brand within the action which takes place from September 1 to December 31, 2018. Consumers can also trace all supply chain of a product, learn, where and when that was made, to see certificates on raw materials and other useful information.
This project is an important stage in implementation of digital strategy of Tetra Pak. We hope that it will help our partner to save loyalty of his regular customers and to gain trust of new. Digital solutions give to the companies the chance to use different communication channels with consumers who want to obtain the most complete information about the products purchased by them.
