2018: The Getac ZX70 tablet for Leica Zeno GG04 plus

On September 5, 2018 the company Getac announced what the company Leica Geosystems selected completely protected tablet ZX70 based on Android as the hardware for tablet GIS- the solutions Leica Zeno GG04 plus. Thanks to this cooperation LeicaGeosystems can provide to the clients a possibility of collecting of geospatial data on any area and in any weather conditions that is relevant for customer and municipal services and also for transport the sphere and constructions, noted in Leica Geosystems.

Leica Geosystems developed a line program and the hardware which includes the application for data collection of Zeno Mobile and the Zeno GG04 plus smart antenna for fast and high-precision collecting of geospatial data. As the developer noted, these products in combination with the protected Getac ZX70 tablet based on Android provide the high accuracy of measurements, flexible communication opportunities and high strength of the equipment.

The protected Getac ZX70 tablet based on Android is developed for convenient use by one hand that does it by a best tool for field geodetic works. Android OS supports software of Leica Zeno Mobile, providing the accuracy of work of a global satellite system of navigation of GNSS and effective collecting of geospatial data. On the device any authorized Android application can be installed. The touch LumiBond 2.0 technology allows to work in the rain or in gloves that is irreplaceable at accomplishment of surveys.
