the electronic document management system allowing to construct full-fledged Business Process Management Suite and documents of the organization. "EUPHRATES Document flow" contains all necessary tools for the successful organization of electronic document management in any company, irrespective of the number and pattern of ownership, and is expected work as within small department, for example, of the secretariat or the local organization in general, and within the geographically distributed organization with the complex circuit of information flows. Description and opportunities

"EUPHRATES Document flow" is the electronic document management system of the corporate level combining in itself maturity and availability for service of a shrink-wrapped software product and flexibility of the project solution. Thanks to it a system, on the one hand, is ready to quick entry in operation that provides fast return from investments into implementation of EDMS, and with another contains instruments of adaptation which allow to consider specifics of activity of the specific enterprise and the information systems used by it within "mini-projects". Now a system is installed more than in 3000 organizations.

The functionality of a system allows to solve different problems of work with documents (automation of office-work and the organization of corporate document flow):

• automate document registration and tasks;
• provide effective interaction of employees within works on documents;
• perform instant information search;
• control execution of works, initiated by documents and tasks;
• carry out condition monitoring of the executed processes and the analysis of loading of personnel for the account
• formations of different magazines and reports;

• provide differentiation of access rights of employees to information.

The subsystem of interaction of remote servers implemented in the EUPHRATES Document flow system allows to create uniform and transparent corporate document flow in geographically distributed structure. There is an opportunity not only to exchange documents between branches, but also to issue and control execution of tasks and instructions and also to receive reports on their accomplishment. Besides, existence of internal mail allows the staff of remote offices to communicate quickly among themselves and to send documents by e-mail to foreign addresses using email clients.

System architecture

The EUPHRATES Document flow system has the client-server architecture. Similar approach allows to develop functionality of a system, without making complete review of a program code, and provides it flexibility, scalability, security and reliability. Thanks to the Web server add-on module access to a system can be provided via the Internet. As the database DBMS of own development – NIKA which is delivered together with a product, or industrial MS SQL Server DBMS 2005 and 2008 is used. Within projects use of Oracle and DB/2 DBMS is possible.

Modules

The EUPHRATES Document flow system consists of 8 basic and 2 add-on modules. Basic modules include all necessary for the organization of full electronic document management, including the built-in tools allowing to adapt a system to requirements of the organization without involvement of specialists of developer company. Basic modules: The automated workplace "User" is a universal workplace of access to a system; The automated workplace "Administrator" is a customizer and administrations of a system; "The graphic designer of routes" - the tool for design of standard processing of documents in the organization; "The designer of forms" - a customizer of registration and control cards; "The manager of magazines and reports" - the tool for setup of report templates on organization activity; The module EDS, the module "Security reference monitor" - customizers of the EDS and recording of actions of users; "E-mail client" - means of work with e-mail messages. Add-on modules of a system: "Web server" - gives the chance to work with documents and instructions by means of the web browser through the http and https protocols, allowing to organize access to a system as for the individual employees working with documents out of office and for remote divisions with the small state. As the Web server both the separate computer, and the computer selected for use as the server of the system can be used. APM "Arkhivarius" - provides the automation equipment of processes of write-off and the long-term document storage which came out the operational address. The module supports the nomenclature of affairs admitted to the organizations and also communication with operational documents.

The standard settings allowing to automate independently in short terms a standard circuit of document flow are already included in the delivery of the EUPHRATES Document flow system. Minimum hardware-software requirements to a server part: The personal computer based on the Intel processor Pentium IV; 1 Gb of RAM; 15 Gb of free disk space; MS Windows operating system 2000/XP/Vista and MS Windows Server 2003/2008 with support of Russian; Microsoft Internet Explorer v web browser. 6.0 above; It is necessary to have POP3 protocol for work of an e-mail client of the EUPHRATES Document flow system.
