Region-ID Project management system and distance learning of project teams

The project management system and distance learning of project teams of Region-ID represents service for organizational activities for implementation of target models of simplification of procedures of business in regions of Russia.

Region-ID. Interface

Using the Region-ID system developed by the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI) it is possible to estimate online work of regional project teams on creation of comfortable conditions for business.

On the platform it is possible to find methodical recommendations about an order of preparation of target models, target models and road maps about their implementation — from each region. The tool is designed to help to reduce an essential gap on key indicators of National rating between leading regions and other regions.^[1]

For September 11, 2018 a system allows to perform monitoring of 12 target models in all 85 regions of Russia. These models were created by the Agency on the basis of the best regional the practician. For each subject of the Russian Federation the individual profile with the indicators requiring improvement is made and standard "road maps" are developed. Data on the done work are entered into a system by regional representatives monthly thanks to what it is possible to monitor dynamics of changes.
