NORBIT implemented Region-ID project management system in "The agency of strategic initiatives"

On September 11, 2018 the NORBIT company announced end of the complex project in Agency of strategic initiatives on implementation of the information system Region-ID. As it was reported, job evaluation of regional project teams on creation of comfortable conditions for business became basic function of a system. This service will help to reduce a gap on key indicators of National rating between leading regions and other regions.

According to the company, the information system is intended for the organization and control of target models which implementation will help to simplify different procedures of business. For September, 2018 a system allows to perform monitoring of 12 target models in all 85 regions of Russia. These models were created by the Agency on the basis of regional the practician. For each subject of the Russian Federation the individual profile with the indicators requiring improvement is made and standard "road maps" are developed. Data on the done work are entered into a system by regional representatives monthly thanks to what it is possible to monitor dynamics of changes. For September, 2018 Region-ID includes more than 1000 "road maps" in the different directions of development of regions. Also in a system the projects "Support of Small and Medium Business" (the project of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation) and "The system of long-term leaving" began to function.

The information system has completely customized client interface, allows to unload different forms of the reporting and to automatically create reporting periods. Users of Region-ID got access to information metrics, including to analytical service " Yandex.metrics ". In a system different mechanisms of notifications, calculations and also version control of data are configured. For September, 2018 the platform integrates more than 5.7 thousand users, from them more than 2.3 thousand – representatives of regional business community.

At implementation of an information system we understood all complexity of assessment of a status of investment climate in regions. Therefore the functionality of a client part is unique and developed especially for this project. Data of Region-ID will become a good figure of merit of management on places. Target models – the large federal project in which for September, 2018 nearly 6 thousand people in 12 directions – representatives of federal, regional and local authorities, business, expert community are involved. The project management system considering our specifics was critically necessary for us for process control of implementation and setup of trajectories of development of investment climate in certain regions. It proved as effective tools. In 2018 we began to implement two more projects on its basis and we are going to use Region-ID as the platform for development of the next initiatives of the Agency and its partners.
