TD Electrical installation, Kazan (ConsID WMS (formerly Open Source HH.WMS OHE.WMS))

As part of the project, the logistics center of ETM in Kazan (TD "Electrektromontazh") automated all basic warehouse operations and set up various strategies for processing goods. It is configured to support rewinding and cable cutting operations in the production area on station and mobile machines. Intelligent task management is implemented in automatic mode for at least five types of loading equipment with different access rights to storage areas of different heights. This allows you to group multiple orders at high speed simultaneously with the breakdown of tasks by type of equipment, number of items, availability by height.

Replenishment of selection zones using specially developed algorithms based on several strategies (min/max, pallet, compaction, top down and others) makes it possible to flexibly control the movement of goods, eliminate defragmentation in the warehouse as much as possible and achieve optimal use of storage space.

In the automation of shipping processes, the function of managing so-called "shipping modules" is implemented, when similar small orders from one customer are consolidated and shipped as one transport unit.
