As specified TAdviser in the company, "Conside Technologii" as of December 2024, the number of system users ConsID WMS reached 200.

2018

Within the framework of the project, in the logistics center of ETM in Voronezh (TD "Electrotekhmontazh") on the basis of the ConsID WMS solution, the following were implemented:

• Automation of basic warehouse operations;
• Organization of acceptance processes with sorting into shipping documentation by pallet types, taking into account the rules of product compatibility: for placement in storage areas and for replenishment of various sampling areas.

At the same time, the following processes are organized:

• Control of sampling waves, including automatic mode (auto reservation and auto reservation), control of group selection of several orders simultaneously with the division of tasks by type of equipment, number of items, availability by height;
• Control the processing of cable products on drums of various diameters with support for rewinding, cable cutting, acceptance and accounting of empty drums;
• Management of tasks for different types of loading equipment with different access rights to warehouse areas at different operations and work height (6 types of equipment);
• Control of mezzanine, high-altitude commionation zone, unwinding zone of reels for coiling of cable products on machines;
• Control of shipping modules: formation during inspection, movement, disbandment, shipment.

The number of users of the system as of September 2018 is 95.
