The largest operator of wire telecommunication in the territory of Tatarstan JSC Tattelecom providing services of the fixed telephone communication and broadband access the Internet purchased in May, 2011 25 additional jobs of the CASE system and 36 additional jobs of a subsystem "CASE - WEB".

The project on implementation of EDMS "DELO" in Tattelecom began in 2003 with installation of 50 jobs of the CASE system. All works on implementation are carried out by the partner of developer of the product "Electronic Office Systems" in the Republic of Tatarstan – InfoEngineering LLC (Kazan). Since then step-by-step building of delivery scopes and also expansion of structure of options of a system in connection with increase in needs of the customer was carried out. Today in head division and remote offices "Tattelecom" over 900 jobs of EDMS "DELO" and different options of a system are used.

Setting of the project of workflow automation in Tattelecom considered the organizational distributed structure of the company. Therefore first of all the problem of centralization of accounting and control of all document flows and their execution was solved; then process of approval of drafts of organizational and administrative documents (orders and orders of the management) and also contractual documents was started. At the third stage, thanks to flexibility of a system, in it it is going to automate additional specific business processes. Approval of requests for connection of new subscribers can be an example of such business process.

For implementation of all assigned tasks the customer increases quantity of jobs of a system for the purpose of connection to the single database "CASE" of bigger number of end users, including, for the organization of remote work with documents via the web interface using a subsystem of "DELO-WEB". Thus, scaling of a system at the customer comes as in the horizontal, and vertical direction – from leadership team to employees of the lower links, up to direct contractors.
