Samsung Health is the application for support of a healthy lifestyle. It allows to keep track of daily activity to users and to improve physical shape using the different training programs. The program uses the data arriving from different sensors of mobile devices. By September, 2018 Samsung Health has 65 million users.

2018: Release of the version of Samsung Health 6.0

In September, 2018 there was upgraded version of Samsung Health. It received the improved tools for maintenance of health and physical shape, the new interface and enhanced capabilities for personalisation. 

In Samsung Health 6.0 using the Together tab users will be able to exchange photos and to share the sporting achievements with friends.

Samsung Health helps to care for health and to support active lifestyle

 The Recommended tab offers content which is picked up especially for the user and allows to find quicker relevant materials, including articles, programs and applications, depending on interests and the level of sports preparation.

In the application 39 different exercises and an opportunity to trace the sporting achievements became available, having connected to the wearable device or smart "hours".

The Samsung Health 6.0 application became even more intuitive, interactive and simple in management

Having started the Determination of a Phase of a Dream mode, users can measure and analyze dream cycles to develop useful habits and to make rest more qualitative, note in Samsung. The application allows to measure a warm rhythm and its change and also offers the step-by-step program of respiratory gymnastics.

The options "Control of Symptoms" and "Ask the Expert" which allow to find necessary medical information are added, without leaving the application and also to check symptoms, to save medical recipes and to consult online at  specialists.  Attracts more and more partners among whom — Babylon (Great Britain) and American Well (USA) to this Samsung.^[1]
