On September 17, 2018 the 1C-Rarus company announced that specialists of the Novosibirsk branch of the company completed implementation of the information system "Digital School" based on programs of 1C at high school No. 36 of G.R. Derzhavin in Veliky Novgorod.

The decision on start of the project "Approbation of the information system "Digital School" was made thanks to an initiative of creation in the Novgorod region of the centralized cloud system of financial and economic activity of the region.

For project implementation MAOU "High School No. 36 of Gabriel Romanovich Derzhavin" of the city of Veliky Novgorod is selected. Organization is open in 2017, the first academic year began in two months prior to start of the project. Despite short terms, the school managed to create requirements and requirements to the information system (IS) taking into account the innovation approaches to the organization and management of educational process: organize monitoring and control of educational processes, to implement accounting of services of additional education, to adjust information exchange between school and parents, to integrate "1C: School buffet" with the IC to ensure functioning of the proximity cards used by pupils and employees on a checkpoint and in buffet, in school libraries, to organize data transmission about the contingent and attendance and progress in a regional information system.

A system on the basis of "1C was developed for the solution of assigned tasks : Educational institution", "1C: School buffet", "1C: School checkpoint", "1C: Library", "1C: Psychodiagnostics".

Key results of the project:

  • Automated management of organization: teaching and educational and methodical activity, office-work. The monitoring of equipment of the organization which allowed to reduce costs for material security is provided. There was an opportunity to analyze mastering of educational programs and demand of additional education, to control the debts of the last and by that to increase its cost efficiency. It is not necessary to attract third parties to conducting testing and formation of the conclusions any more that positively affects the budget of school.
  • Drawing up the schedule is optimized that lowered load of administrative personnel. It helped to exclude errors at assessment of employment of specialists and selection of educational classes.
  • Psychologists of school received tools for carrying out psychodiagnostics which allows to reveal risk factors at personal development of the child and timely to eliminate them, implementing psychological maintenance.
  • Sales accounting in the dining room using identification cards is organized. Regular aggregated data allow to estimate demand when forming the range of buffet.
  • Accounting of real attendance on a checkpoint is automated, security in the territory of school is increased. Operational informing the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other services in emergency situations is configured.
  • The uniform directory of library stock is created, idea of its completeness and necessary replenishments appeared.
  • The personal account in which parents can check attendance and the child's estimates is implemented, to receive the planned actions invitation. The personal account allowed to refuse SMS mailing and to reduce costs for informing.
  • Using the IC rather once to enter data that they were displayed in all modules and the regional systems. All information is unified.

"According to the results of the project the number of personal appeals of parents to school was reduced, all letters and reports can be sent to e-mail directly from a system. It became easy to monitor the most demanded services in additional education, to analyze what class it is most of all involved in additional education. Automation process considerably reduced labor costs of accountant officers, administrations, pedagogical employees of school. From a week preparation of the reporting was reduced to several minutes".
