To minimize risks of loss of the originals of primary documents (OPD), to provide to them quick and convenient access, to increase transparency of business processing of OPD and the decision on project implementation of implementation of EDMS BOSS-Referent and its integration with the system of SAP was made to differentiate access rights to these documents.

The number of users is 80 people.

Specialists of BTLab executed a full stroke of works: conducted analytical examination, developed the project documentation, performed development, testing and documentation of a system, set and configured system and the application software, provided user training and system administrators, provided user support at a stage of trial operation. One of features of the project is close integration of EDMS with a system BOSS-Referent regarding use of the uniform data warehouse and with the system of SAP regarding directory synchronization.

During the project the following results, important for business of the customer, are achieved:

• the risk of loss of the originals of primary documents (OPD) is minimized and their reliable storage due to creation of uniform storage of electronic images of OPD is provided;
• quick and convenient access to primary documentation due to creation of mechanisms of attributive search in EDMS is provided;
• speed and transparency of business processing of OPD due to their automation according to internal regulations of the customer increased;
• higher level of security due to differentiation of access rights to primary documents and recording of actions of users is provided.
