For the beginning of 2009 in systems 630 users worked.


Creation of an electronic document management system based on a software package BOSS-Referent. The project was separated into several stages and began with transfer in EDMS of memos and control of execution of orders of heads. At this stage the limited number of users — 120 jobs located in head department, additional office and remote branch was involved. At the same time deployment of the hardware, the EDMS setup and training of specialists which then implemented and finished a system was made. Further the main stage during which in EDMS processes of approval, a statement, acquaintance and control of execution on the entering and outgoing documents, orders and orders were implemented followed. Also during the course of performance the project a number of specific bank processes of exchange of documents, thanks to a possibility of customization BOSS-Referent under individual needs of the customer was registered in a system.

In December, 2006 the regulations were approved and implementation on all packet of basic documents, and 2007 at the third stage is complete, scaling of a system on all remote divisions of bank including which are opening again is carried out. Now in a system the chiefs of departments and key staff involved in work with documents work. The solution integrates head office of bank and 75 remote objects (additional offices and branches) in a common information space. System implementation BOSS-Referent allowed to reach transparency and orderliness of document flow, to provide a high information exchange rate. Works on implementation were performed by the staff of Aplana company.
