Glavgosekspertiza of Russia started EGRZ

On September 20, 2018 it became known that the AiTeco company designed and implemented the state information system "Unified State Register of Expert Reports on the Project Documentation of Objects of Capital Construction" (EGRZ) by request of Glavgosekspertiza of Russia.

Creation of the system giving the chance to customers of construction or developers of the project documentation with the minimum costs to find the project analog from number of documentation which is already developed and passed the examination, will allow to increase considerably quality and efficiency of investment solutions and to optimize expenses at design and construction. The state customers will be able to find in EGRZ the consolidated information on the cost-efficient project documentation of reuse which is subject to application at design of objects at the expense of budgetary funds and means of the organizations that will allow to create conditions for quality improvement of planning of the budget investments in objects of capital construction.

Formation of the register will also allow to make industry document flow more transparent and open. The register will become the effective and convenient tool for all representatives of expert community, the construction organizations, designers and customers.

The problem-oriented design approach of architecture of the platform gave the chance to change and update functionality of a system according to innovations of the regulatory base. In addition, consulting and expert support of the project was provided.

It is possible to carry design load of a system to special project characteristics: expected total number of users of the platform will be several hundred thousands from which 10,000 will be able to be connected to a system at the same time. As the amount of data of the register will be is expected to grow on 80 TB in a year, under these requirements the separate DPC will be constructed.

Limited terms of implementation defined kind of work of a project team: design, development and experimental operation of a system were conducted at the same time that demanded the exact and coordinated actions. The most modern technologies, relevant tools and approaches to creation of information systems were used. Also the practice of continuous integration for components of an applied part of a system which ensured harmonious functioning of all participants of process on productive, test platforms and the platform of development found application.
