Express implementation of the basic version BOSS-reviewer. Examination of document flow of "PNT-GSM" was conducted, regulations of its maintaining are configured in EDMS and also training of end users was provided. In EDMS "PNT-GSM" all managerial divisions of the company work: commercial and economic services, accounting, department of work with personnel, office, IT department. Functionality of EDMS "PNT-GSM" provides: collective preparation, approval, signing and the adoption of agreements, work with documents of a quality management system, formation of instructions and control of performing discipline, processing of the entering / outgoing correspondence, work with organizational and administrative documentation (orders, orders and so forth). Besides, "PNT-GSM" uses system module BOSS-Referent Engineering support who allows to store information on objects of engineering economy (furniture, servers, notebooks, printers, etc.), to plan and control works on their preventive maintenance and repair, to reflect the task performance facts.
