Management of production and trade processes in the conditions of territorial remoteness of divisions require big labor costs therefore the decision on implementation of the automated electronic document management system designed to integrate in a common information space territorially remote enterprises of group, to reduce time of receiving and document handling, to exclude loss of documents, to increase controllability and as a result, competitiveness was made.

For the beginning of 2008 in a system 300 users worked.

The project was implemented by the customer with assistance of specialists of Aplana company. Within the project the module "Decision making" which ensures functioning with organizational and administrative documentation, memos, requests, agreements and drafts of outgoing documents is implemented. The mechanism of transfer of employees and all necessary documents with which it works from one server for another is implemented. The most important business processes of group are automated; the common information space which covered 8 territorially remote enterprises in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Irkutsk, Ulyanovsk is created. As a result of workflow automation timely receiving and document handling is provided, cases of their loss are stopped, paper document flow is reduced by 30%, process of customer interaction is optimized. At the moment specialists of group conduct works on implementation of the module "Orders", and at the beginning of 2008 the module Office which will help group to pass generally to paperless document flow will be implemented.
