"Penopleks SPb" began operation of information system MRO

2019: Beginning of use of information system MRO

On June 24, 2019 it became known that specialists of Penopleks SPB LLC began to work in the information management system with maintenance and repairs (MRO). The project on creation of a system is executed by Item company on the basis of the software package TRIM-PMS.

Use of TRIM-PMS allowed to execute the project by a technique of standard implementation, with delivery of the software on conditions "as is" – with the fixed functions and settings, with a set of standard report forms and indicators of a system of maintenance and repair. Such project assumes a minimum of the project documentation, a possibility of use of standard regulations of operation of an information system, the reduced amount of works and as a result, profitability.

The structure of project works was limited to creation of the database of an information system, installation of the software of TRIM and the database in the computer network of the customer, and user training.

At the same time a part of works on creation of the database was undertaken by the customer, namely – collection of information for the subsequent input in a system. For this purpose special templates in the Excel format which it filled with passport data on the equipment, the used spare parts and materials and also data on the performed scheduled works were provided to it. Specialists Item loaded the filled templates into a system. The database in which more than 1500 items of equipment, more than 3500 spare parts and other material resources (MR) are described is as a result created, the structure of the standard equipment in the directory is constructed.

Information system MRO covers two plants of PENOPLEKS SPB LLC – to Kirishi of the Leningrad Region and to Novomoskovsk of Tula region. The NPP Spectec company, the developer and the owner of the software of TRIM, delivered to the customer the license to use TRIM-PMS for 26 users.

By June, 2019 users completed test operation of a system, and got to work with real data. A number of tasks of use of information system MRO is delivered to heads and users. Among these tasks – check and completion of the register (tree) of the equipment of productions, connection of counters of an operating time and input of starting values of an operating time, the organization of accounting of an operating time and technical condition of the equipment in a system, transition to work planning and registration of defects in an information system and others.

Works on integration of information system MRO with a management system for purchases of MTR on the basis of software products 1C are in the long term planned.

2018: Implementation of information system MRO

The Item company began works on implementation of the information management system as maintenance and repairs (MRO) of the equipment in Penopleks SPb company. A system is created on the basis of the software package TRIM-PMS. On September 24, 2018 the company " reported about it to NPP Spectec.

The created system is intended for information support of technical management of Penopleks SPB LLC when planning, providing with resources, accomplishment and the analysis of results of a MRO and also for automation of transactions of the contractors participating in processes of a MRO.

Works are performed on a technique of standard implementation. Such project assumes a minimum of the project documentation (only the specification on the database is developed), a possibility of use of standard regulations of operation of an information system, short term and profitability of the project.

Standard implementation became possible thanks to the TRIM-PMS complex. The TRIM-PMS system is a set of the program and methodical means, ready to application, integrated by the uniform concept of the organization, carrying out, assessment and the analysis of the MRO system. The product TRIM-PMS is focused on small economic projects, has the fixed list of functions, software setups, report forms, the measured indicators and tools of the analysis of a MRO, noted integrator of the project.

For September, 2018 specialists Item perform preparatory work: the seminar for employees of repair services of the customer on the system of precautionary service is held, users are informed of standard regulations of use of TRIM-PMS, express inspection of processes of a MRO is carried out. There is a discussion of structure of the description of the equipment and works in the database of the created system, structures of directories of spare parts. At a stage of development there are templates for collection of data on the equipment.
