Hospitals of China implement a sensing technology of persons for payment of medical services. On September 20, 2018 the operator of Alipay payment system under control of the Chinese Internet holding Alibaba Group installed in the territory of National hospital of the Province of Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital 41 terminals for self-service. Using devices patients will be able to pay the medical bills.

Alipay noted that the National hospital of the Province of Jiangxi — the China's first medical institution which started the advanced method of payment using face recognition transfers the Chinese news agency Xinhua.

The people using a system for the first time at first need to enter number of the ID card and to create a profile, information on which is stored further in the terminal. After creation of a profile the device will be able to distinguish and identify the user, explained Put Guofen (Sun Guofeng), the director of medical business of Alipay.

Registration of the new user and payment transfer begins with recognition of the person. After a system understands who before it, is necessary for completion of the procedure the phone number tied to the e-wallet of a payment service of Alipay.

All transactions with the terminal can be executed one hand — noted Put Guofen. He also added that Alipay uses 3D technology - face recognition which differs in bigger reliability and accuracy, than the 2D systems - scannings.

Commenting on implementation of new technology, the vice president of National hospital of the Province of Jiangxi Huo Yanan said that it simplifies and does more convenient for patients visit of medical institutions and payment of services.^[1]
