Creation of base of organizational and administrative documentation and base of suppliers within office in Kaliningrad was initial the purpose of implementation of EDMS BOSS-Referent. In process of expansion of regional network the new task — creation of uniform managerial space in the territory of 3 territorially remote branches was assigned to EDMS.
For the beginning of 2008 in systems 320 users worked.
Today EDMS BOSS-Referent covers the following business processes: maintaining official folders of employees which contain all organizational and executive documents regulating work of employees in the company; work with standard managerial documents — instructions, memos; database maintenance of suppliers: systematization of a contractual basis, registration of contacts, maintaining calendar of events; maintaining uniform base on merchandising — to rules of the calculation of goods in shopping centers; storage of documentation on a commodity portfolio of the company: price lists, certificates, etc. Approach to use of EDMS BOSS-Referent in Baucentr considerably differs from traditional. EDMS BOSS-Referent is used as corporate storage of knowledge and information necessary for successful functioning of the geographically distributed trading company.
