Moscow Capital bank (EDMS)

In connection with rapid business development of Moscow Capital Bank and its regional network the management of Bank had a need for system implementation of electronic document management which would allow to increase controllability in bank, to reduce terms of preparation, approval and decision making according to documents, to optimize an operating procedure with internal documents, to provide effective control of performing discipline.

By the end of 2008 the number of users of a system was 600 people.

Implementation of EDMS BOSS-Referent was carried out in two steps. Within the first stage the pilot project as a result of which 300 jobs at the central office of Moscow Capital Bank were automated was implemented. During the second, final stage of implementation of EDMS BOSS-Referent it was unrolled in 600 workplaces. In a project deliverable the controllability in bank, at the expense of process optimization of acceptance of management decisions and increase in their speed increased. The following business processes are also automated: work with the entering / outgoing documents, with memos, with agreements, with organizational and administrative and regulating documents, the order of admissions and requests of Helpdesk on the basis of the standard mechanism of memos, approval of requests for payment of accounts.
