2018: Beginning of creation of the EMR of the Petersburger
On September 26, 2018 it became known that in St. Petersburg the electronic medical record of the Petersburger is created: 174 medical organizations are connected to service for September, 2018 that makes 70% of total number of the planned connections. The chief specialist on informatization of health care of SPb by GBUZ MIAC Evgeny Kogan told about it.
According to the expert, by the end of 2019 according to plans of 247 medical organizations will transfer to medical records 23 document types (in 2018 – 14 document types). Works are conducted within execution of the order of Healthcare Committee of 2/21/2018 No. 88-r "About creation and maintaining the electronic medical record of the Petersburger". The project passes in three stages: on the first there is collecting of electronic medical data, further — their systematization within the integrated anamnesis, and at the end — providing services to doctors, patients and heads of a health care system.
Monthly 8.9 million records of laboratory researches, to 340 thousand protocols of surveys and consultations, 22 thousand vypisny epikriz and 15 thousand medical images are transferred to the EMR on average.
