Gazprom Neft started mobile application for the order of passenger transport in the Polar region

On September 27, 2018 Gazprom Neft announced start of mobile application for the order of passenger transport in the Polar region.
Mobile application is implemented by the Gazprom Neft-Yamal enterprise for service of employees of the Novoportovsky field. For the first two weeks since application launch in it two tens cars and more than 300 users were registered.
The program for smartphones and tablets works by analogy with modern services: Uber, Yandex. Taxi and Gett. The passenger can order a "fast" or planned trip to set date and time. A system selects suitable cars (the next free machine with the smallest run for change is selected) and offers their drivers the request. Order confirmation is performed automatically. Also the system of assessment of drivers for remedial action in their work and encouragement for the best service and services is provided in the application.
Digitalization of business processes is a tool which implementation allows to use more effectively resources that is especially relevant in remote areas, such as Polar region and, in particular, on the Novoportovsky field. The first results of operation of application were already highly appreciated by industry players therefore this solution can successfully be replicated also on other oil fields.
