X-Com upgraded a video surveillance system of the Congress and exhibition center "Sokolniki"

On September 27, 2018 the H-Com company announced project completion of upgrade of a system of security video surveillance of the Congress and exhibition center "Sokolniki" - the exhibition center of Moscow.

For security of visitors and staff of the exhibition center and also control of movement of motor transport across its territory, the customer it was required to upgrade a video surveillance system. The project assumed replacement of obsolete video cameras by modern, integration into the system of additional cameras of internal and outside video surveillance and also a switching equipment. Besides, it was necessary to expand possibilities of the operating management system for a system.

The contractor of the project was selected on the basis of an open competition. Among key requirements to candidates there was an existence of the confirmed experience of accomplishment similar on the volume and complexity of projects for the companies specializing in exhibition activity, existence of the current license on execution of works on objects of capital construction and also readiness to provide further service maintenance of the solution. The victory in the tender was won by the company X-Com which offered the best financial terms of project implementation among participants.

During the project engineers conducted inspection of a video surveillance system of the customer and developed the project of integration of additional video cameras Hikvision. The solution provided complete use of resources and opportunities of the existing solution that allowed to minimize expenses on acquisition and implementation of the equipment. The project is executed in compliance by contractual terms concerning volumes and terms, and work of specialists did not influence work of the exhibition center.
