Credit Suisse uses a business chat of Apple for communication with rich clients

One of the largest financial credit institutions of Switzerland of Credit Suisse Group AG integrates a business chat of Apple into the digital platform to simplify communication of wealthy clients from Singapore and Hong Kong with bank. At the beginning of October, 2018 the Bloomberg edition with reference to the statement of Credit Suisse reported about it.

Clients of Swiss Bank using Business Chat Apple will be able to obtain information on a status of the accounts and securities portfolios and also on the status of bank transactions, explained in financial institution.

About 95% of our clients from Asia having access to our digital platform of private banking use the iPhone smartphones or iPad tablets. Now they can contact us at any time and from any place using a channel of communication, preferable to them, - the head of North Asian department of private banking of Credit Suisse noted in Francois Monnet statement.

Staff of Credit Suisse will get access to messages of clients through internal a chat platform of bank in which negotiations will be performed in the safe and meeting standards Wednesday, is told in the press release.

On the next stage of the program of Credit Suisse is going to expand the list of functions of service, having added it with such opportunities as placement of trade requests, providing documents, adding and change of personal data.

Besides, in an interview of Bloomberg the press secretary of bank Edna Lam reported that further it is supposed to add to the platform and support of messengers WhatsApp and WeChat.[1]

It should be noted that earlier, in September, 2018 the Singapore bank DBS Group Holdings provided the service allowing rich clients to communicate from Asia with the personal managers via the WhatsApp and WeChat messengers.
