The management system for queue Order is the universal solution presented by Profit group. A system allows to exercise control and monitoring of queue in the automatic mode.
For October, 2018 SUO "Order" allows:
- Exercise queue management in a foreground mode;
- Apply mobile application to queue management;
- Create and keep the special magazine of queue;
- Carry out administration of a system and configure access rights of certain employees to the database;
- Make and configure reports, further to print them;
- Use a special option for a repeated call of the client/visitor;
- Messages a soundtrack of the taking place events.
Among basic functions there are systems (for October, 2018)
- monitoring process of acceptance of clients;
- implementation of acceptance of clients more effectively and quickly;
- workflow fine-tuning: increase in efficiency and labor productivity thanks to smooth * to distribution of working time of the employee;
- improvement of conditions of waiting for clients thanks to lack of "live" queues;
- conducting observation of statistics of work of employees, waiting time, etc.

SUO "Order" allows to create:
- The report on operators — displays start time and completion of service to clients and also keeps account of the general time spent on acceptance.
- The report on services — displays a total quantity of the executed services, including also general receptive period.
- The average time of waiting — the report including the average time spent on waiting by the client.
Operation algorithm with a system:
The client can select service necessary for it from registry — the registrar issues to the client the paper coupon with sequence number.
Each workplace of employees is supplied with the mobile device — the tablet on which special mobile application thanks to which employees can conduct queue management was installed earlier. Also mobile application shows the total number of clients for the specific moment.
The central board set indoors displays sequence number the coupon and number of an office where there should pass a client. The call of the client is followed by the sound invitation with indication of number of the coupon and an office.
In case of need the employee can redistribute the client in other queue, using the special Redirect button in the application. In this case the client does not have need to receive one more coupon.
The client follows in an office where receives service necessary for it. Upon termination of acceptance the employee can call the following client or complete/interrupt the work.
2018: Inclusion in the Register of the Russian software
In April, 2018 management system for queue "Order" [117726] is included in Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases by order of Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications RUSSIAN FEDERATION of 4/12/2018 No. 157, Application 1, No. of subparagraph 4, register No. 4480.
