GMCS developed for " l.slang " a BI system based on QlikView

On October 8, 2018 GMCS reported that it developed for " l.slang ", a BI system based on QlikView. The solution provides the analysis of key financial and operational indicators of distribution business.

9 dashboards (dashbord) are developed. With their help " l.slang " analyzes sales in necessary cuts (structure and revenue development, clients and other indicators), controls financial performance and manages receivables, tracing terms of its repayment. A BI system is used also for effective sales planning, the analysis of logistic processes, the distributor analysis – the company can timely reveal market changes and quickly react to them.

Besides, a BI system allows " l.slang " to estimate activity of sales managers: control execution of the delivered plans, keep track of efficiency according to transactions and other. Work of each manager is most transparent and clear that it is important in distribution business.

In implementation process of the GMCS project used own practices. The first stage of the project was implemented less than in 3 months.
