Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works transferred purchases of services in repair of the equipment to the B2B-Center platform

On October 8, 2018 the B2B-Center reported that Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works transferred purchases of services in repair of the equipment to B2B-Center electronic marketplace. It will allow to provide openness of competitive procedures, to automate collecting of offers from potential contractors and to expand the customer base.

We successfully tested opportunities and functionality of B2B-Center – carried out more than 100 purchases. At repair of each type of the equipment the features therefore it is important to us to select the best contractors in the market. The independent platform attracts potential contractors, creates for them equal competitive conditions and helps to prepare all documents. On the next stage we are going to configure integration of our information system and B2B-Center to exclude duplication of processes and to provide convenience of work to our specialists. For October, 2018 Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works selects on electronic platform of contractors for an overhaul of boilers of power generating systems, generators, steam lines, drives of rolling mills and also upgrade of cooling systems, installation of metalwork and the equipment.
