"Global Vayn distribyyushen" automated sale of alcoholic products in 1C

On October 9, 2018 Gendalf reported that in "Global Vayn distribyyushen" for accounting it is implemented 1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management alcoholic products.

In connection with the requirements of the legislation automation of accounting was necessary to the company already at the initial stage of work. Search of the solution for accounting in trade operations and their reflections in the Unified State Automated Information System (USAIS) with automatic documents entry was organized.

For accounting selected industry solution which contains functionality "1C: Trade Management" + the block "KT-2000: Alcohol". Implementation of this solution allowed to implement work regarding wholesale as alcohol with reflection in the Unified State Automated Information System.

Made installation and initial setup of the "1C: Trade Management alcoholic products 8" program together with software for work with transport module of the Unified State Automated Information System. Adjusted reflection of trade operations in "1C: Enterprise Accounting" through data exchange. Templates of creation of documents Unified State Automated Information System on the basis of documents of 1C were configured.

Formulated alcoholic declarations which data were originally filled out incorrectly. Also printed forms were created: the commodity-transport delivery note (CTDN), TORG-12, the Federation Council, references And yes B who in addition meet different customer requirements.

It is added, absent in the standard solution, functionality for pricing on series, reports on a gross profit in the stated prices on each series and the report "The sheet on goods" where the amount of a remaining balance in the stated price on series is specified.

Staff of the company was trained on work with the "1C: Trade Management alcoholic products 8" program. Learned to reflect trade operations, to create orders, to implement goods and services. And also to create the typical technological work order Unified State Automated Information System of outgoing and to reflect transactions in the Unified State Automated Information System. The personnel received skills of work for correct reflection of transactions both in a single state system, and in the accounting program of 1C.

Result of automation became: automatic documents entry of the Unified State Automated Information System on the basis of accounting and vice versa. Respectively, now employees save time for manual entry.
