"End-to-end power supply systems" implemented BioTime time recording

On October 11, 2018 Biolink announced implementation in End-to-end Power Supply Systems company of a time recording of BioTime.

The End-to-end Power Supply Systems company is a direct supplier of generator units. We offer a full range of services in the field of providing with regular power supply. Our employees perform all commissioning and warranty service. However it requires from us special attention to job management. Our employees have a traveling, unrationed working schedule. They can sometimes return from a call per hour night or leave on an urgent call in the day off. There is also other complexity — it is impossible to check when arrived and when there left the master, what is the time it spent for work. Each call should be closed the statement of the performed works which is drawn up by the head of change according to the master. It took a lot of time and the most important — added a human factor. We wanted to understand what number of employees will be optimal. Perhaps, they overwork, and the number of personnel should be increased, or on the contrary to reduce excess personnel. For this purpose we decided to implement an automated system of a time recording. The organization of a time recording of the specialists working at departures out of office became one of obligatory tasks with which a system had to satisfy. The second task was to discipline employees at whom the workplace is far off, respectively it is difficult to perform control of observance of labor discipline (delay and early goings). Holding the tender, we considered reliability of a system, reliability of the obtained data, availability of implementation. Preference was given to the Russian software developer — the company "by BioLink Solutions. BioTime system implementation in our company considerably simplified a time recording. Thanks to the biometric BioTime system we managed not only to reduce time which we spent on time management, but also to systematize quality of control and the analysis of accounting and also to improve discipline in collective Mikhail Vyacheslavovich Horin, CEO of Energoservice LLC

In the summer of 2018 in End-to-end Power Supply Systems company, after the free test period, the system of accounting of working time of BioTime began to work in full. At office and in a warehouse BioTime FingerPass T2 terminals, and at all personnel which leave on calls were delivered, on phones mobile application is installed. Working time of employees out of office is considered using mobile application of BioTime. Having reached the place, the master will unblock the phone using a fingerprint and takes a selfie. The program defines its location and directs data on time in which the mark on the central server of the company is made. Together with information on the beginning of work on the server also these geolocations with an accuracy of 5-10 meters arrive (depending on a phone model).
